information, video clips & digital downloads,
together with the arrangement and compilation
of the content found on this site, is the copyrighted
property of HotelMart Pte Ltd ("HotelMart")
and/or its various third party providers and distributors.
The site and its content, in whole or parts, may
not be modified, broadcast, adapted, distributed,
transmitted, displayed, reproduced, hyperlinked,
uploaded, published, or sold without the prior
written permission of HotelMart.
2. USE OF SITE
This site may only be used to make legitimate
reservations or purchases and shall not use this
site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent
reservation or any reservation in anticipation
of demand. HotelMart may in its sole and absolute
discretion terminate or restrict access to all
or part of this site at any time and without prior
notice to you.
3. REPRESENTATIONS WARRANTIES
You fully represent and warrant that you are of
sufficient legal age to use this site and to create
binding legal obligations for any liability you
may incur as a result of the use of this site,
and all information supplied by you in using the
site is complete, true and accurate. You understand
that you are financially responsible for all uses
of this site by you.
4. PRIVACY
HotelMart shall take all reasonable measures to
ensure that the information that you provide will
remain confidential and protected from unauthorized
access, but does not warrant against unauthorized
access and will not be liable for any unauthorized
access by any means to that information.
When reservations or purchase travel services
through HotelMart, you will be deemed to have
given your consent for HotelMart to provide information
about you to other third parties for the purpose
of ensuring the successful fulfilment of your
travel/accommodation arrangements. HotelMart shall
be entitled to use the information you provide
to customize the content of our site to meet the
needs of our customers and make product improvements.
HotelMart will either send you an e-mail message
or call you personally confirming each reservation
you transacted online. We do not sell individual
customer names or other private profile information
to third parties. We respect and will continue
to respect the privacy of our customers who use
our online reservation system.
You will occasionally receive updates from us
about special offers, new services, and noteworthy
news.
5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The use of this site is at your own risk. All
parties accessing this site assume all responsibility
and risk for use of this site. HotelMart and any
third party providers and distributors disclaim
all liability and does not warrant that this site
will be uninterrupted or error free or that any
information or data contained herein is accurate.
In no event shall HotelMart and third party providers
and distributors be liable for any direct, indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising out of, or in any way connected
with, the use of this site.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither HotelMart nor any third party providers

or any e-mail sent are free of viruses, free of
bugs or other harmful components. HotelMart and
third party providers and distributors assumes
no responsibility, and shall not be liable for,
any damages to or viruses, bugs, that may infect

providers and distributors be liable for any injury,
loss, claim, damage, or any special exemplary,
punitive, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential
damages of any kind. Whether based in contract,
strict liability, tort or otherwise, which arises
our of or is anyway connected with (1) any use
of this site or content found herein, (2) any
failure or delay (including, but not limited to
the use of or inability to use any component of
this site for reservations), or (3) the performance
or non-performance by HotelMart or any third party
providers and distributors, including but not
limited to, non-performance resulting from bankruptcy,
reorganization, insolvency, dissolution or liquidation
even if such party has been advised of the possibility
of damages to such parties or any other party.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, HotelMart
or any third party providers or distributors should
be found liable for any loss or damage which arises
out of or is in any way connected with any of
the above described functions or uses of this
site or its content, the liability of , HotelMart
and any third party providers and distributors
shall in no event exceed, Singapore Dollars $100.00
(Singapore Dollars One Hundred Only), whichever
is lower.
7. PRICES
HotelMart and any third party providers or distributors
reserve the right to modify prices without prior
notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all
prices on this site shall be exclusive of all
taxes, levies, fees, airport pick up charges and
all other charges together with any fine, penalty
or interest payable because of your default.
8. ADVERTISEMENTS / LINKS / HYPERLINKS
TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
This website may contain advertisements, links,
hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other
than HotelMart. Such advertisements, links, hyperlinks
are provided strictly for reference purposes only.
The hyperlinks to such websites does not imply
any endorsement of the material on such websites
or any association with their operators, and HotelMart
is not responsible for their contents or your
use of them. If you decide to access other sites,
you do so at your own risk.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You shall defend and indemnify HotelMart and third
party providers and distributors from and against
any claim or cause of action brought by third
parties as a result of your use of this site in
an improper, unlawful or unauthorized manner.
10. LEGAL FEES & EXPENSES
If HotelMart or any third party providers or distributors
takes any action to enforce the Terms and Conditions,
such parties will be entitled to recover from
you, and you agree to pay all legal fees and expenses
and any cost of litigation, in addition to any
other relief, at law or in equity, to which such
parties may be entitled.
11. MODIFICATION
HotelMart reserves all rights to modify any part
of the site, including the prices, products and
services at its sole discretion without prior
notice. Your subsequent or continued use of the
site and any of its pages shall constitute acceptance
of any such changes.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the
Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
the Republic of Singapore.
